Custom digital workers
A role written for your operation rather than adapted from a standard one.
Ofbox Commissions
Some parts of a company have no product category. Commissions are for those: the workflow only you run, the handoff nobody automated, the internal system you keep rebuilding by hand.
What a commission covers
A role written for your operation rather than adapted from a standard one.
The path a job takes through your company, made explicit and then supported.
The tools your team uses in private, designed with the same care as the public site.
Where the system stops and a person takes over, decided on purpose.
The process
We learn the business in plain language, decide what technology should own—and what it should not—connect the experience, the worker and the handoffs, and then refine the system as the business changes.
There is no price list because the same build can mean very different work in two companies. We define the scope before shaping it.
Responsibility
A commissioned system is not finished at launch. It is adjusted as the company changes, and a person remains accountable for what it does.
Questions, answered plainly
Usually you do not, at first. We start from the problem and say clearly when an existing worker or the studio would serve you better.
No. Describe the work as it happens today. Turning that into a specification is our part.
That is the intention. We design around the tools and habits your company already has whenever possible.
Begin with the problem, not the product
The workflow you have never been able to buy software for is the right place to begin.
